Micaela graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida. Micaela first joined More Than Speech as Front Office & Intake Coordinator where she was the first point of contact for all families and has since then been promoted to Human Resources where she is now the first point of contact for all employees.

Micaela has background experience in Human Resources and has worked with medical professionals for the past several years. She has always had a passion for wanting to make a difference in employee development to ensure quality across the organization and to assure that families are positively impacted.

Micaela believes that employees thrive in a positive and inclusive work environment and are able to provide better quality work when employees feel empowered. She strives to promote a culture of trust, respect, communication, and optimism in the workplace.
