Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders
Lilly was awarded her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and holds a license through the Department of Health to practice as a speech-language pathology assistant. Lilly first joined More Than Speech as an administrative assistant during her studies at UCF and quickly became passionate about helping families navigate insurance to obtain therapeutic care for their children.
After graduation, Lilly took on the role of Office Manager to further advocate for families, facilitate departmental operations, and ensure a safe and positive learning environment for the children at the More Than Speech clinic.
Speaking three languages, she has found a passion early on for the art of communication. She has gained experience working in a variety of settings including daycares, ABA therapy clinics, and private practices. Throughout her undergraduate experience, she was an active member assisting the board of the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association (NSSLHA) and volunteering at UCF’s Communication Disorders Clinic.
Lilly strongly believes that proper patient care starts from the time of inquiry, ensuring that More Than Speech families' needs are met through the highest quality of service.
